These chocolate-dipped gingerbread cookies are super easy to make and way yummy!
One day I cruised the grocery aisle looking for an easy holiday treat to make for a party. As usual, I didn’t have a lot of time. Then I saw it- the tube of gingerbread cookie dough! To level up the presentation, I bought a bag of chocolate chips and planned to create some yummy holiday magic!
Ingredients for Chocolate-Dipped Gingerbread Cookies:
1 tube of gingerbread cookie dough
Milk chocolate chips
Small microwaveable bowl
Parchment paper
Directions for Chocolate-Dipped Gingerbread Cookies:
Slice the cookies and bake according to package directions.
Let the cookies cool after you remove them from the oven.
Pour half a bag of the milk chocolate chips in a boel and microwave for 10 seconds at a time, stir each time.
Once the chips are smooth and melted, dip half a cookie.
Place the cookie on a plate covered with parchment paper.
Let cool and then serve.
You can make jumbo cookies or add holiday sprinkles.
