Mexican tote wall art

This is a large embroidery hoop that I bought at a yard sale. I cut up a Mexican tote and stretched it over the smaller hoop. I planned to embroider it, but I kinda like it just like this. Maya made me cover up the mermaid’s chi-chi’s! I printed out the saying “she who swims will never drown”, so it will serve as more than just something cute to look at, it has a good message as well!
