"Kathy Cano Murillo strikes us as one of those people who, stranded on a desert island with nothing but a volleyball, a deck of playing cards and some coconuts, would not only craft a rescue vehicle and distress signal but whip up a spiffy castaway-themed wardrobe to wear as she did so. And she would be having a great time. And so would you. Visit the Arizona Republic contributor's site to get the craft fever yourself."

Hi Kathy! I just found your website...I love it...you!!! I was researching "Dia de los Muertos" and stumbled onto your directions for wire and clay sculptures...I have always been facinated by the "Day of the Dead" celebrations and the art but never really new much about them and then I found you! What an inspriration you are!! I signed up for your email updates and look forward to hearing from you...I have been a closet crafter for most of my life but never gotten serious...I have always wanted to find something to be passionate about...ya know...live and breath it! You certainly seem to be doing just that. I love your work and am very inspired by it. So I just wanted to say Hi and thanks for doing what you do and I will be checking in on your site often for inspiration...(maybe it will help me figure out what I want to do when I grow up!)
Thanks Again, Robin Rossi
