The Crafty Chica DIY Project Library: a collection of fabulous handmade ideas by Kathy Cano-Murillo, the Crafty Chica! Thursday, June 11, 2009Masking  Here is a project Patrick was working on. He took blue painter's tape and cut it into pieces and then sponged watered-down Crafty Chica paint over it.
